These terms apply to all bookings with Eva Kritzas Makeup & Hair (“we”, “us”). By making a booking, you agree to them. Bridal bookings are also covered by a separate bridal contract, which takes priority where the two differ.
Bookings and deposits
- A booking is confirmed once the booking fee or deposit has been received (and, for weddings, the signed bridal contract).
- Deposits are deducted from your final total and are non-refundable.
- The balance is payable on or before the day of your appointment.
Changes and cancellations
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. New dates are subject to availability.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may forfeit the deposit.
- For weddings, changes and cancellations follow the terms in your bridal contract.
Travel
Makeup and hair services are offered on location. The first 20 km of travel is included; further travel is quoted separately. Brow and lash treatments take place in studio at Stijl Hair Studio, Stellenbosch.
Your appointment
- Please arrive (or be ready, for on-location bookings) with clean, moisturised skin and let us know about any allergies or sensitivities beforehand.
- Appointment times are estimates and can vary depending on the look and your hair and skin.
- We use professional, long-wear products, but how long makeup lasts depends on many factors, so we can’t guarantee results.
- We may decline or adapt a service if it isn’t safe for your skin, eyes or hair.
Photos
We may photograph our work for our portfolio and social media, and will only share photos of you with your permission.
Liability
Please tell us about any skin conditions or allergies before your appointment. We take care with every service, but aren’t liable for reactions to products where relevant information wasn’t shared with us.
